stands for Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, 4th Edition, Text Revision.•Occupational Theraphy-

Antidepressant. also used in treating depression and anxiety and some personality disorders (e.g Prozac, Zoloft). *it may cause bleeding disorder*•Four Point Restrain/ restraining protocol-
it the the points that must be followed when restraining a patient:
◘ Explain to the patient why he/she must be restrained.
◘ Positioning- when restraining the patient should be in anatomical position.
◘ Duration- a patient should only be restrained for 4 hours.
◘ Circulation- Blood circulation must be checked every 15 minutes.
◘ Secure the restrains on the bed frame
◘Removal- upper extremities first followed by the lower extremities (opposite)**This is just an overview (mostly things that are in my form)..I will not go through the subtypes, indications,contraindications and all other in depth things.. it'll take me a day to type it all.. anyway..i am sharing this for some information about Psychology.**
